Rick Nicosia is the Flagstaff Energy Delivery Manager for Arizona Public Service Co. (APS) and is responsible for all facets of energy delivery for APS in the Flagstaff and Winslow area, including service restoration, new construction and planning. Rick started with the company in 2000 and has been a part of the Flagstaff community for the past decade.  

 

Prior to moving to Flagstaff, Rick lived in Las Vegas Nevada, where he spent 11 years with Nevada Power Company working in all facets of the electric utility business. He is on the board of Directors for SEDI as well as being on the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EE&RE) Action Team and serving as a member of Flagstaff Forty. 

 

In his spare time, Rick enjoys being with his family, including his two daughters, age 21 and 18. He has a love for the outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, hiking and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
