Vision

 

Northern Arizona Leadership Alliance, formerly known as the Flagstaff Forty, was formed in 2004 by a small group of committed Flagstaff-area business leaders as a mechanism for discussing, studying, and, where appropriate, addressing critical needs of our community and state.​

 

Mission

Our mission is to improve the greater Flagstaff area and the state of Arizona by bringing together talent, resources and leadership to create action on priority issues. Each year, the members of Northern Arizona Leadership Alliance identify a short list of critical issues and work with other organizations to achieve those goals. For issues of statewide importance, NALA members often work closely with our sister organizations, Greater Phoenix Leadership and the Southern Arizona Leadership Council.
