The Government Affairs Committee of NALA monitors local government (city, county), state and federal actions which may impact the local business climate. In addition, the committee provides elected officials (and candidates) a forum to present themselves, their priorities and goals as they relate to NALA’s mission and vision. Finally, the Gov Affairs Committee provides the opportunity for city and county reps to present annually on challenges, opportunities and goals to NALA members.
