I was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona and graduated from Coconino High school. After graduating, I immediately joined the United States Marine Corp serving four years as a mechanic. I was honorably discharged and simultaneously began work at Purina as a Packaging Line Operator, in June of 1998. Due to great mentorship, drive and countless opportunities to grow within the Purina Family, I was able to successfully navigate numerous roles, with increased responsibilities over the last 25 years, both locally, and with our corporate office in St Louis. These roles included Quality Technician, Team Leader and Management roles in Quality & Production. In 2015, my family and I moved to St Louis, where I served as the Director of Quality for Purina North America. We have three wonderful adult children, whom I’m very proud of and are the focal point of our lives. We also have two highly intelligent and fun-loving poodles Jase and Bailey and of course my Grand Cat Gary! Our pets are a huge part of our lives, they go on just about every adventure with us. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, fishing, camping, hiking, and exploring new places. Having the honor to come back and be part of a team where I started my career is a dream come true. Equally, due to my deep roots in Flagstaff I am excited and dedicated to seeing our employees thrive as part of our community. I believe in the integrity and mission of Nestle Purina Petcare just as much as I believe in the heart of this community, and I am looking forward to contributing to increased growth of Purina and our responsibility to better our community.
