Mary Jo Gregory, FACHE, RN

Mary Jo is a nationally regarded healthcare leader who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our behavioral and physical health lines of business and to her responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer for The NARBHA Institute. During her 17-year tenure with Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Mary Jo served as CEO of hospital systems from Florida to California, including St. Luke’s and other hospital systems in Arizona. In those systems, she offered perspectives of rural and urban healthcare delivery,as well as medical administrator and hospital care provider.

 

Prior to joining NARBHA, Mary Jo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for hospital systems in several states owned by Sisters of Charity Healthcare. Her expertise and skills strengthen and complement important leadership resources among our executive team. Mary Jo’s knowledge and hands-on experience with operational programs and her strategic guidance facilitate and strengthen our statewide network’s integration of physical and behavioral health services to deliver the highest quality, member-centered care with fiscal stewardship. Mary Jo is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a registered nurse who maintains her licensure in five states, and she has an MS in Business Administration and BS in Human Resources.
