Jean Richmond-Bowman
President, Toltec Strategies

Jean Richmond-Bowman is President of Toltec Strategies, consulting in meeting facilitation, strategic planning, nonprofit administration and public affairs.  She is also the founder of FASDNA, a nonprofit organization providing resources and education regarding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.  She is a past chair of the Arizona Housing Commission and chaired Arizona's Incentives for Affordable Housing Task Force under former Governor Janet Napolitano.  Jean serves on the board of the Arizona Economic Resources Organization.  She is a member of the Flagstaff Industrial Development Authority, on the Board of Directors of GFEC, and Advisory Board of Bothands, in addition to her membership in Flagstaff Forty.

 

Jean is a graduate of Simmons College and has a Masters of Public Administration from San Diego State University.  She is married to Dave Bowman, Department Chair of CIS/OIS at Coconino Community College, and mother to Joe (12) and Kaitlin (7).
