Ann M. Roggenbuck, MPH, MBA, PhD
President & CEO, North Country HealthCare
Dr. Roggenbuck is the founding President & CEO of North Country HealthCare which operates 22 service sites throughout northern Arizona. She is a seasoned organizational leader having gleaned significant applied experience through her thirty six year tenure in the healthcare industry with a focus on service for the uninsured. She holds Masters’ degrees in both Public Health and Business Administration along with a PhD in Business. Her doctoral research and current professional interests revolve around the role of personal development in successful organizational leadership and she is best known for her passionate spirit and perseverance.
She has a rich background in political advocacy and has served in many state and national leadership roles including the Board of Directors of the National Association of Community Health Centers and as Past-President and current member of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Alliance of Community Health Centers, Inc.
Dr. Roggenbuck is a stained glass and mosaic artist and travels extensively with her husband, Paul Wiener, who is an Associate Professor/International Programs in the School of Hotel & Restaurant Management at NAU.
