Babbitt Ford

Babbitt Ford holds a unique place in Arizona's history as the state's first Ford dealer, established in Flagstaff in 1912, the very year Arizona became a state. As a legacy dealership and one of the oldest nationwide, our dedication to the Northern Arizona community is profound and enduring.
My personal involvement with Babbitt Ford started when I worked as a CPA and Business Consultant for James D. Babbitt. Following his decision to retire, I was honored to take on the role of managing partner. For more than three decades, I have now served as the dealer principal and owner, committed to upholding the legacy of excellence that Babbitt Ford represents.
Being born and raised in Northern Arizona has instilled in me a deep personal connection to this region. After graduating from NAU's College of Engineering, I gained valuable experience as a petroleum engineer in Houston and later in technical sales, marketing, and management in Denver, where I also earned my MBA at the University of Denver. My desire to be closer to my family and Arizona eventually brought me back. Believing that my corporate business experience and engineering background would be beneficial in business consulting, I returned to NAU for post-graduate accounting studies, obtained my CPA license, and subsequently established a CPA/Consulting firm that was later acquired by American Express Tax and Business. My long-standing personal and professional relationship with James D. Babbitt then presented the incredible opportunity to lead and own Babbitt Ford.
At Babbitt Ford, we firmly believe in the importance of giving back to the community that has supported us for so many years. We are proud to contribute both financially and through active personal involvement to numerous local schools, organizations, and community events. The relationships and friendships we have cultivated over generations throughout Northern Arizona are deeply cherished.
