Armando H. Bernasconi is the Chief Executive Officer of Quality Connections (QC), a non-profit service agency for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment based in Flagstaff, Arizona.

 

QC’s mission is to serve as a Regional Training Center for employment and practical

life skills helping people in Northern Arizona overcome barriers and be more independent.  Based on the strong belief in the value of work for all, Armando and his wife Melissa co-founded Quality Connections in 1999. Channeling his passion for service, Armando led QC in the development of several interconnected programs which provide critical services to people with disabilities and serious mental illness – our community’s most vulnerable.

 

QC now provides a variety of employment and training services, a licensed residential program, in-home support services, a Montessori-based adult day program, a licensed preschool and an innovative social enterprise – QC Office. Quality Connections has become the leading training program in Northern Arizona, successfully serving over 2,400 individuals since 1999.

Armando is dedicated to supporting our communities’ unemployed and underserved populations by serving on the Arizona State DES Credentialing Committee, the Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities Executive Committee, the Coconino County Workforce Development Board and the Florence Immigration Refugee Rights Project Board.
